---With the state of Texas sending back more than half a billion dollars in federally allocated funds for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), hundreds of thousands of children in Texas are lacking basic health care services, and everyone is suffering from it in some way or another.

---Rosalie Tristan and her son Michael Tristan of Raymondville (whom both testified this year before the Texas State House of Representative's Human Services committee.), TX, join Ron to voice their problems with receiving health care since the CHIP cuts were made, and since the state of Texas decided to privatize the processing of Health and Human Services claims with a company named Accenture, whose $899 million contract with the state was terminated on 3/13/07. Also commenting is Chris Caldera, a second grade teacher at Pittman Elementary in Raymondville.
